Village Council of the Montaillon 15/11/2010
Present: 3 elected Ariane Fumolleau, Heloise Bonneau, and Yvon Beloved.

The meeting began with a question from Bernard Cerclet Yvon conducting the meeting.
"Role of Monique Johnson in the council"
Indeed it seems not very present. Yvon said that personal obligations make it started a little behind.
Projects. PLU. is still unclear, there are still changes to do. Yet in June we announced that Yvon study would be ready late 2010! The
hall. is a big piece, it comes back to standards (kitchen included). The main works are on acoustics as well as insulation and lighting. Yvon expected in June at a cost of € 90,000 and now we're talking about € 230,000! A site meeting is scheduled for November 30. See the official record the names of 9 firms selected.
The Youth House. After early work (cover) performed in-house, the shell begins with a little delay and a lack of coordination among the various stakeholders will slow its performance.
The football pitch. The contention has been changed as expected in June.
Roadworks. In the June meeting of the work of the road Charcogné had been minuted. They could start. Yvon asked Mr. Benoit if the work done on the road Antogné have improved things. The road was cylinder and two treads gravel laid. What happens if there is a flood?
Safety arrangements. The town has made suggestions of places near the bakery and agricultural credit. The file is in training to the general council. Bernard Cerclet remind myself and car parks that are tailored around these two places. Residents could make some effort! Yvon then discusses the progress on Montaillon secure. Frédéric Chassot contest just this project, including letting the boxes on the road for the parking of vehicles. Yvonne replied that it is to force vehicles to slow down. Moreover, these developments are inexpensive and could be easily modified if necessary. Streetlighting. Work has just started to drive from Lambon Montaillon to secure children up the coast to go to the bus shelter. Lighting is provided at little wash to Mougon.
Built Heritage. Another major project for the municipality, but may go unnoticed. The rental of the street Yann Roulet be refurbished and secure location possible. The storage building near the TWA Mougon also be restored (cover) for later use. Work are anticipated for the three MPT. Triou that of being the most degraded.
A young man was hired to take care of the heritage of small buildings in the town. He is currently completing the "ordeal" to Longepierre. He has many ideas but his contract of 6 months and 26 hours per week they will allow it to achieve great things? Finally what will be done .....
Environment "Healthy Earth". Yvon explained that he initiated this project is ongoing, with some achievements already inhabitants of commune investments made in both hardware and staff training.

my feelings. lot of work but certainly not always visible. Yvon gives the impression of having a heavy load. Many studies, although Yvon minimizes costs (compensatory aid). More and more constraints (norms of all kinds) that impose burdens sometimes unexpected slowing projects. It would be nice also to maintain the equity of the villages by starting when those new projects that affect the whole community are met. Eg "all down the drain."
