Back at Marseille, I make a point about the work that remains to be done before my next visit to Varzy, then during my last days of residence.
Small finishes are made on the monolith was before brushing in its entirety. The false
roll will be provided with a full round section of metal covering the protruding edge of the top, to avoid any risk of injury. It will then be cleaned and welded to the T (not yet assembled and painted) which stiffen the assembly.
Everything will be covered Rustol to prevent rust.
We also find the title of our sculpture. We'll do it remotely, exchanging email.
